1. Eligibility

You must be 9+ to use our services.

2. App License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the Drift app. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute it.

3. Purchases

• All orders processed via Shopify

• Prices subject to change

• We can refuse/cancel orders for any reason

• See our Refund Policy for returns

4. Required Hardware

The app requires a Drift NFC block (sold separately) and iPhone XS+ with iOS 16.1+.

5. Screen Time Permission

The app uses Apple’s Screen Time API. You must grant permission. We cannot guarantee 100% blocking effectiveness due to iOS limitations.

6. User Conduct

Don’t use our services for illegal purposes, attempt to hack our systems, or harass others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Drift. Don’t copy, redistribute, or misuse it.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee specific results or productivity improvements. Handcrafted products may vary slightly from images.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Lost data on your device

• Missed sessions or productivity losses

• Third-party issues (shipping, payments, etc.)

• Inability to use your device

Maximum liability: Amount you paid or £50, whichever is less.

10. Termination

We can suspend/terminate your access at any time for violating these terms or any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept changes.
